Position: Estate Agency Sales Negotiator

    Purpose of Job

    To provide clients and customers with a professional estate agency service, maximising business from opportunities created.

    Key Responsibilities

    You will need to have a full driving license and ideally previous experience in a sales/retail environment. Successful candidates will be provided with comprehensive training to enable them to reach their earning potential. A fantastic career path awaits you if you can:

    • Negotiate the sale of Residential properties
    • Achieve Sales Targets
    • Refer clients to our associated companies including Financial Services, Property Lawyers, Lettings and Surveyors
    • Communicate with all levels of the general public to a high degree

    • Provide high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times

Position: Mortgage Consultant

    Purpose of Job

    To provide clients with professional mortgage associated life assurance and general insurance protection advice ensuring business targets are achieved.

    Key Responsibilities

    You will need to have 5 GCSEs or Equivalent and no more than 3 job moves in the last 5 years. Ideally you will have previous experience in a sales/retail environment. Successful candidates will be provided with comprehensive training including Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practise (CeMAP) training. A rewarding job role and career path awaits you if you can:

    • Provide clients with mortgage advice specific to their needs
    • Sell our range of assurance and insurance products provided by AXA and Friends Provident
    • Achieve sales targets
    • Refer clients to our associated companies including Estate Agency, Property Lawyers and Surveyors
    • Take a positive lead to develop the relationship with Estate Agency Staff to maximise Financial Services sales opportunities
    • Self Generate your own appointments from leads provided
    • Comply in a highly regulated industry and a Company that prides itself on its ethical approach
