Shoddy and lazy estate agent practices
Poor service, showing purchasers around who did not have enough funds to purchase the house, inaccurate description of the property showing a further bedroom that did not exist, poor preparation of sales literature and use of photographs, arriving late to show purchasers around the property, not keeping to their timeframes to provide feedback to me as the seller, not being familiar with the property showing purchasers around the property, within a few weeks of marketing asking me to drop the house price when not necessary as it was sold at near full asking price but if I followed Wilson Peacocks (WP) advice I would have lost £25 - £35k. In fact I sold the property when I managed the viewing as no one was available from the branch to show the prospective purchaser around who bought the property. There are more examples of my poot experience with in selling my property with WP but I think the point is made.Customer Relations Team 15-Feb-2017

The problem we had was it depended on who you spoke to as to the quality of service, some of the team were excellent and you felt really cared about the challenges you face when trying to sell a house. Others were ambivalent, resulting in calls not being returned, which at one point ran for a week of phoning everyday, and not being called back. The pre sales team where very poor. In the last two months of the process after complaining two team members worked on the sale and finally we got the service we expected.Agne 02-Aug-2016

more knowledge of selling mobile homes
on the whole the service was good, there could have some improvements in the knowledge in selling mobile homes. There should have been papers in place, that is readily available to people on the government web site.
