    As it should be.

    They were prompt with their initial appointment, priced sensibly (not the highest or the lowest) and found a buyer within days. The sale was pushed and managed by them and went through within two months with no frights. Altogether a non fraught experience.

    My service feedback with Lettings

    I think it's a shambles to be honest. We have to ask for a copy of the tenancy agreement. You charge for the inventory of the flat but we never see a copy. Tenant has defaulted on rent , we have to chase you up, and it's one excuse after the other. Need we go further?

    Shoddy and lazy estate agent practices

    Poor service, showing purchasers around who did not have enough funds to purchase the house, inaccurate description of the property showing a further bedroom that did not exist, poor preparation of sales literature and use of photographs, arriving late to show purchasers around the property, not keeping to their timeframes to provide feedback to me as the seller, not being familiar with the property showing purchasers around the property, within a few weeks of marketing asking me to drop the house price when not necessary as it was sold at near full asking price but if I followed Wilson Peacocks (WP) advice I would have lost £25 - £35k. In fact I sold the property when I managed the viewing as no one was available from the branch to show the prospective purchaser around who bought the property. There are more examples of my poot experience with in selling my property with WP but I think the point is made.
